FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE: Store Credit after 10 days.
For customer who purchased online: You have 10 days from delivery to have shipped the item back to us and be back at our store. 
For customers who purchased in store: 10 days from the dated receipt when you purchased in store.

Merchandise 50% OFF or more (FS will be next to the name) is FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund or exchange.
